Roboform is an excellent password manager, and here's some of the reasons why:

  • The program will attach to your internet browser and allow automatic filling of passwords across sites
  • You can create multiple profiles to store your personal information which gives you the option to fill out entire forms in 1 click
  • Includes a password generator for creating very safe and complicated passwords to use
  • Remember just One password to the RoboForm software, and let RoboForm remember the rest.
  • Get the Portable version of RoboForm and install it on your usb or other removable drives, to take it with you.

I use this program every day as I have over 100 passwords to various online entities to keep track of. This program is well worth owning. In my case I have it attached to Mozilla Firefox and whenever I visit a site that has a login, I just click 1 button on the RoboForm toolbar, and it fills in the information. This allows you to keep multiple, diverse passwords saved without having to remember them all.

Now you ask, "What if I forget my usb key, and need to login somewhere?" RoboForm has recently started a new Beta program called Roboform Online. You simply log onto this site and you can manage, sync or back up your passwords. That way you have access to your passwords anywhere you have internet access.

I highly recommend this product

Siber Systems also makes GoodSync, which is a file synchronizer. I haven't much experience with this program, but It is a nifty program to have as well. You can use it to keep backups synchronized or files across drives synchronized.
